Prairie Lakes Coop is committed to investing in the future of our local rural communities, agriculture, and cooperative business through education and leadership development.

Background

The Community Funds focus on stewardship, and building of vibrant communities. The Community Funds are managed through our Marketing Communications Division.  These funds support our dedication to agriculture and the rural communities we serve, in the hope of addressing the issues facing our rural communities.

Community Funds Today

Since 2006, we have bequeath $15,000 to local organizations, local schools, 4-H clubs, Ag Classrooms/ FFA and aspiring high school seniors for the purpose of carrying out our commitment of supporting education and leadership programs that invest in the future of agriculture, cooperative business and rural America.

Our commitment focuses on five program areas:

• Elementary and Secondary Education
• FFA / Ag Classroom Instruction
• 4-H Leadership and Education
• High School Senior Scholarships
• Returning Value to Rural America
